Love coming here to eat! Best place to get an amazing breakfast and be treated first class by the waitresses. Those ladies are sweet hearts. I would give them more than five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

i always forget about this place because of the location. my dad use to take me there years ago. The food is like home cooking the price is very reasonable the strawberry crepes are the best! the staff is so friendly! Jennifer helped me today very nice lady ! my food was quick and hot! love this place

The food was a 5! Absolutely delicious. The reason I give a 3 star is because the customer service was a little off. You could just see and hear how frustrated these server's were. I will actually go back! And I am sure they will have better service next time. Again the food was amazing!

Loved the pancakes and the french toast here. However the biscuits and gravy sadly tasted more like it was instant. 😢 The staff are always amazingly friendly and patient. The place is fairly popular so getting a seat is sometimes a challenge if you are short on time. 🤩Despite it all I would HIGHLY recommend this place! 🤩

Excellent breakfast, friendly fast service, BUT! Its the BACON!!! Never will you eat bacon with the same expectation. This melts in your mouth. You will not care what anyone around you thinks when you sit there closing your eyes and savoring this smokey, meaty delectable bacon. Yum! They keep coffee coming and are by far, the best breakfast place. Negative? Packed. Always. But its worth the inconvenience of finding parking or even a short wait. Try it! You'll see!!!

Food is pretty good. Nice clean resteraunt. Very small dining area tables are crammed inside you have to sit to close to everyone because of to many tables. Freezing cold inside fans are going you can never warm up I should of brought my heavy coat. Servers are kind of nice.

Classic diner that gives you a warm feeling with a friendly staff. For as busy as it was we got our food fresh and quick! We left there happy and full.

Went here when I was younger and got the Banana Roll-Ups and I went here again years later and got the Banana Roll-Ups again and they tasted like I remember them. Best thing in the world. Like heaven in your mouth!

Is there another place for breakfast in Longview? I think not! We have been coming here for years and cannot imagine going anywhere else for breakfast. Try the pancakes, the eggs, the omelets - you will not be disappointed. The service? Beyond exceptional! They are friendly, helpful and caring. You cannot do better than the Pancake House!

One of those places that locals know. We had breakfast. Chicken fried steak was excellent. Browns were fresh made (not frozen) AND cooked PROPERLY! Crisp outside soft and flavorful (used butter) in inside. Biscuit and gravy were very good. Friendly staff. Homey decor. Definitely stop by if you are in the area. My wife had eggs, pan cakes, bacon and browns. She was very pleased.

First time here. I really enjoyed the pancakes, eggs and sausage. Didn't get a refill on coffee until well after I emptied my cup, but we will come again since the food was very good.

Gluten free pancakes pancakes! Always a shirt wait to be seated but worth it. Add apple cinnamon to the pigs in the blanket.

First, I did like the food. But the last time I ordered breakfast, the potatoes had a funky overpowering rancind butter taste, and the gravy was gross. It's really sad because my better half and I enjoyed the food for a long time. From this day forward, we will order elsewhere. I am sorry for this bad review, but it's the truth.

I had a great time. Had the classic combo, I think that's what it was called. 2 eggs, hashbrowns, and toast. The eggs came out a perfect over easy. The toast was nice and buttery. The hashbrowns were crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. Good portions and prompt service with a friendly staff.

Jennifer and Kendra are awesome waitresses. They always make you feel and treat you like you are the most important customer. They keep your coffee cup full, call you by name and are genuinely happy to see you.Dana the owner is very friendly and takes the time to care about you. Cooks are the best in town.You won't regret your choices of food.

I've eaten a lot of biscuits and gravy over the years, and as a chef, I've gained many fans of my own recipe... but I must say, Pancake House has (without a doubt) the best Biscuits & Gravy I've ever tasted. This was a first visit for me, but guarentee it won't be my last... Aside from the great food, they make you feel like family the moment you walk in the door and. THANKS!!!

My first time there was awesome! The ambiance was very comfortable and the food was just as nice! I’m going again today and I love the fact that I just called to ask when they stop accepting people in line and she said 2:00. Most restaurants don’t want to deal with people at the end of the day these people live for it lol might be an overstatement but it doesn’t feel like it.

I've been coming here since I was a baby and still love it! The food is so delicious and the prices are really reasonable. The biggest problem they have is that you will have to wait for a table because it's always so busy! Some of the waitresses have been there for a long as I can remember and I think that is a testimony to the business owners that they are able to keep such loyal employees.

Fun, country atmosphere , great staff, the food is great, lots of it at very reasonable prices. Try to beat the "after church" crowd if you mind a wait. Before 10:30 on Sunday beats the crowds.

It's clean. The atmosphere is a happy, small-town, family-type establishment. The food was excellent, eggs cooked over-easy just right, hash browns were delicious, and the cinnamon roll was really good. I definitely recommend this place.

I had heard great things about this diner and was pleasantly surprised to experience what I was told. Great down-home atmosphere and the waitress was spot on with service. Perfect diner food.

Came here with my family very cramped and right space, we had a large group 6 of 6 people. I would have rather been told it would be a long wait then be cramped into this little table. Another group with high chairs had a larger seating area, they were almost done when we were seated and finished before our food came.

Upon walking in there are no mandatory face mask signs anywhere which is in violation of state code. Seems like no one wore masks. I may be wrong but if they put mandotory masks signs on their doors they would probably lose business. Profits over the health of their patrons. Contacted the county health department about their violations. Ordered biscuits and gravy and an omelette and both dishes tasted super bland, tasted like prepackaged country gravy and the whole plate was smothered with it, and the american cheese tasted like american cheese slices you get at the grocery store. Disgusting food. Unhealthy atmosphere. If you dont want get the covid, I would not suggest going here until they put mandatory mask signs on their doors. Every business is required by state law to mandate face masks upon entering and leaving the establishment.

Delicious food, but surprised &a little sad that portion sizes were smaller. As a repeat customer, I expect similar experiences across the board. It's not my imagination. If I'm paying $10 for a plate of breakfast food, I'd like the plate full. My husband's portion of Corned beef was even smaller than my plate of potato-cheese-ham & bell peppers. I shared with him because the delicious hash was gone in a flash. Pluses: the eggs & toast were perfectly cooked, the place smells like heaven, & you get great service with a smile!

I cannot say how much I appreciate the kindness the server showed me when I told her I had lost my wallet. I'm a truck driver and without that wallet, I wouldn't have been able to drive to Utah or access my money. I'm going to head back now because I just found my wallet beside my passenger seat and I want to show my gratitude! THE PANCAKE HOUSE ROCKS! (The chocolate chip pancakes was pretty awesome too!)

My boyfriend and I came here for the first time for breakfast. We were parked near the back since it was full everywhere else and we met some of the staff that was coming out the back door while we were waiting for our food. I really enjoyed talking with them and I really appreciate how they were saying hello to my small fluffy dog. She's a shy girl and every staff member we saw was very kind and understood that she wanted a little distance, and I didn't have to tell them that. Not many people understand that, so I really appreciate that from them.The food was also very good and we definitely plan to come back in the future! Hopefully we can eat inside when Covid-19 is under control! We both are looking forward to it!

This is where you go for breakfast in Longview. Be warned: it can be crowded and you may wait a while for your food. The pancakes and the Eggs Benedict are my go-to dishes here. Both are quite excellent and the price is fair. If you like your hash browns crispy, just let your server know and they’ll gladly accommodate you. Every now and then you’ll get a server that’s having a bad day, but the employees are usually pretty friendly.
